You may return your Bawell water ionizer within 60 days of your purchase for your full purchase price excluding shipping and any reconditioning (i.e. packing, faceplate, screen or other physical damage), provided you return your Bawell alkaline water ionizer in "Like New" condition in its original packaging with all components (excluding used filter). "Like New" condition requires that the water ionizer not be scratched or damaged in any way, internal or external, and be returned with all its components (connector hoses, O-rings, Faucet Adapter, manual etc.) The used filter is not to be returned and you may keep or discard the filter. The water ionizer must be returned in its original packaging with no water or other physical damage. It is required that you open and allow the water ionizer to air dry for several days (more than 3) before return shipment as this will prevent water damage during shipment. To open and dry the machine simply remove the filter and disconnect the hoses from the sink and leave the machine to dry. It is also required that you require a signature upon delivery and insure any return shipment for your full purchase value in the event it is damaged by the shipper in return shipment. You must contact us by email or phone for a return authorization. No return will be accepted without prior authorization and any unauthorized return will be refused. If the return package has visible water damage it will be refused as well.
