Return Policy and 60 Day Money Back Guarantee:

You may return your water ionizer within 30 days of your receipt for 100% of your purchase price including shipping cost so long as it is unopened and unused. Returns of opened/used water ionizers in their original packaging are acceptable so long as the unit has not been damaged and has all its constituent parts as specified below in the 60 day Money Back Guarantee. The shipping fee paid at the time of purchase is also refunded. Filters and pre-filter systems are refundable provided they are returned unused. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

You may return your Bawell water ionizer within 60 days of your purchase for your full purchase price excluding any reconditioning (i.e. not returning in or loss of original packaging, faceplate, screen or other physical damage to the water ionizer itself), provided you return your Bawell water ionizer in "Like New" condition in its original packaging with all components (excluding used filters). "Like New" condition requires that the water ionizer not be scratched or damaged in any way, internal or external, and be returned with all its components (connector hoses, O-rings, Faucet Adapter, manual etc.). Used filters are not to be returned and you may keep or discard the filter. The water ionizer must be returned in its original packaging with no water or other physical damage. It is required that you open and allow the water ionizer to air dry for several days (about 3) by disconnecting the hose from the adapter, opening and removing the internal filter and removing the micro-element cartridge before return shipment as this will prevent water damage during shipment by allowing the device to air-dry. It is also required that you insure any return shipment for your full purchase value in the event it is damaged by the shipper in return shipment. You must contact us by email or phone for a return authorization. No return will be accepted without prior authorization and any unauthorized return will be refused. If the return package has visible water damage it will be refused as well. It is highly recommended you allow the water ionizer to air dry for several days on your kitchen counter before returning the item. Do not ship any used filters as they retain water and will leak causing water damage during shipment. Do not attempt to dismantle the device as we will find out and this will void your 60 day trial and warranty. The 60 day trial begins on the date you receive the item as confirmed by delivery signature and tracking number henceforth you have 60 days from that time to contact us and ship the item. All returned items will be documented both externally and internally via digital photography.
