"Like New" condition requires that the water ionizer not be scratched or damaged in any way, internal or external, and be returned with all its components (connector hoses, O-rings, Faucet Adapter, manual etc.) The used filter/filters is not to be returned and you may keep or discard the used filter/filters. The water ionizer must be returned in its original packaging with no water or other physical damage. It is required that you open and allow the water ionizer to air dry for several days (more than 3) before return shipment as this will prevent water damage during shipment.
